Ultra Intense Pulsed Light is based on SIPL, but has one significant difference.

UIPL concentrates the high powered energy of SIPL and applies it safely and quickly into smaller, more difficult areas.  It is also of particular use in areas where the hair has been particularly stubborn to remove using conventional pulsed light, and of particular benefit for broken capillaries and pigment.

SIPL and UIPL work well together, one complimenting the other in their specific uses.  Both are high powered machines and TGA listed.  Your Therapist will decide at the time of treatment which system will suit you best, or may integrate the two.
